LEAF Festival of Flowers in the Meatpacking District
The LEAF flower show is an event where the best florists in the City display flower installations in public plazas and within stores in the Meatpacking District for 3 days. The L.E.A.F Festival of Flowers returned to the Meatpacking District of New York City in 2022, bringing together floral designers and enthusiasts for a three-day celebration of nature’s beauty. The event took place from June 10 to June 12, showcasing a million flowers in vibrant hues of pink, purple, blue, orange, and yellow, which were absolutely breathtaking.
The festival’s vibrant displays and creative installations in the middle of the concrete jungle called Manhattan are a powerful reminder of the beauty and power of nature, and give the florists an opportunity to make an impact not just visually but also intellectually with their displays.
The LEAF Flower Show is held in the Meatpacking District of Manhattan, New York City. The event spans across several venues, including Washington Street, Gansevoort Plaza, and the south side of 14th Street, and features large-scale floral installations, retail and hospitality venues, and experiences around the neighborhood.

The LEAF flower show at the Meatpacking District in New York City features visually and intellectually stimulating floral installations that are a feast for the senses. Spanning over multiple blocks for a period of 3 days, these displays are a reflection of the skills of the florists, and an opportunity to soak in the beauty of nature in an urban setting. Each of the displays is a unique photo op, and definitely worth a visit.
