Fifth Avenue Blooms

I first learnt about Fifth Avenue Blooms last year when I experienced Fifth Avenue turning into a river of red and pink flowers in May 2021, it was stunning especially if you caught it on a sunny day. I walked past the 2022 version this week, and took altogether too many pictures as I always do!

In 2022, Fifth Avenue Blooms has been organized by Van Cleef & Arpels with colorful sculptures created by Alexandre Benjamin Navet, all of which have live flowers. This Public Art Exhibit from 47th to 59th street has turned Fifth Avenue into a floral sketchbook, giving everyone a place to sit and take a breath in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the City.

Last year, Fifth Avenue Blooms converted the streets between 47th and 59th Streets on Fifth Avenue into a river of flowers as you can see from the pictures below.
